Domitille holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Rwanda and a Bachelor’s in Education. He has completed advanced training in vocational education and leadership development.
Under domitilles leadership, Kageyo TVET School achieved a 20% increase in student pass rates and introduced new trades, earning national recognition in 2023.
